Lesson Five ~ El Shaddai, Almighty God, Part Four

These scriptures refer to El Shaddai's abundance, supply, fullness and hope.

• “The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.” Psalm 23

• Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”…John 2:7

• “So they gathered them and filled 12 baskets”…John 6:13

• “I have come that they might have life and have it to the full” John 10:10

• “He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, so that it will be even more fruitful. (:16) You did not choose me but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit-fruit that will last. .. John 15:1-2, 16

• “He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.” Acts 4:17

• “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit” Romans 15:13

• “And God is able to make all grace abound to you so that in all things at all times, having all that you need you will abound in every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:8

• “My grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 2:9

• "But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  Galatians 5:22-23

• “And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.” Ephesians 1:22

• “God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ” Ephesians 1:33

• “I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have the power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love that surpasses knowledge-that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” Ephesians 3:16-21

• "until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." Ephesians 4:13

• “My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:19 

• "Night and day we pray most earnestly that we may see you again and supply what is lacking in your faith.” 1 Thessalonians 3:10

• “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.” James 1:5

• “May he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him.” Hebrews 13:21

• “We have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light.” Colossians 1:9-10

• “But whoever drinks of the water I shall give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:14

• ”For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God. For God gives the Spirit without limit.” John 3:34

Summary ~

We can trust that El Shaddai is The God Who is More Than Enough. He restores us and makes us righteous. He gives us his provision, goodness and mercy. When we live our lives in fellowship with him, we will live life to the fullest. He has given us the opportunity to partake of eternal life. He gives us the fruit of the Spirit and makes us fruitful. He is kindhearted in his abundant provision. His Spirit fills us with love, joy, peace, faith, spiritual wisdom and understanding, strength, power, grace, patience, kindness, gentleness, self control, knowledge of him and his will, and every spiritual blessing. He gives the Spirit without limit! May we receive a revelation of The Spirit of God overflowing within us!
